Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to love what you receive. Our returns policy lasts 28 days from the date of purchase — if 28 days have passed, we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging with the bottle seal unbroken. This is important for hygiene and quality reasons — we're unable to accept returns on opened or used fragrances.

 

To start a return, please email us at info@thefusionwithin.co.uk before sending anything back. Do not return items without contacting us first, as we'll need to confirm the correct returns address.

 

You may be asked to provide proof of purchase to complete your return.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm we have it and let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a number of working days, depending on your card provider or bank.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please work through the following steps before contacting us:

 

Check your bank account — sometimes it just hasn't appeared yet. Then contact your credit or debit card provider, as posting times vary. Then contact your bank directly, as there is often a short processing window before refunds show.

 

If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, get in touch with us at info@thefusionwithin.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.

 

Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If this applies to your order, email us at info@thefusionwithin.co.uk and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a replacement.

 

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

For any item valued over £30, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

 

Delivery times for exchanged items will vary depending on your location.
